Fitness is extremely important to maintain not only a healthy body but a healthy mind. I never used to work out. I was always in good shape because of the active day job I maintained however I noticed that whenever I was not working, my body felt drained and I did not have energy to do many things. I wasn't remaining active and as a result my body went into a slump.
Now I enjoy running, stretching, and finding my body's limits. My body now feels more energized and my mind is clear. I want others to share the same feeling by changing their lifestyle as well.
